General
1. To reduce aircraft noise over populated areas of Sofia provides the following procedures.
2. Flights over populated areas of Sofia is prohibited during the day and at night except in the cases mentioned in "Exceptions".

Restrictions on use of Fund
1. Departure:

b) the air traffic controller allowed it because deep in traffic situations described in "Exceptions".
2. Landing
Runway 09 is used for off day and night only:
a) the strength and direction of the wind prevents the use of Runway 27;
b) the air traffic controller allowed it because deep in traffic situations described in "Exceptions".
3. The conducting of training flights between 2100 - 0400 (2000-0300).
4. Prohibited the planning of scheduled flights to and from Sofia Airport between 2100 - 0400 (2000-0300).
