| Description of noise processes and patterns of origin and destination | The following procedures are provided for the reduction of airplane noise over the populated area of Bourgas. The pilot-in-command aircraft (CS) may depart from these procedures only in the interest of flight safety. LIMITATIONS ON the USE of PEAK AT take-off: PIX22 will be used for take-off day and night only when: (a) The dorsal component of the wind does not allow the crew to use for take-off PIC04; (b) The flight manager permits this due to intense traffic; or (c) exceptions to the abovementioned procedures shall be admissible for the following cases:-government flights;-search and rescue flights;-Flights for sanitary AIRCRAFT;-rescue flights in case of distress;-controlling flights of police authorities;-Forced landings and landings of aircraft using the airport as a fallback. Landings: PIC04 will be used for landing day and night only when: (a) The wind pipe component does not allow the crew to use PIX22; (b) The flight manager permits this due to intense traffic; or (c) exceptions to the abovementioned procedures shall be allowed for the following cases:-government flights;-search and rescue flights;-Flights for sanitary AIRCRAFT;-controlling flights to the police;-Forced landings and landings of aeroplanes using the airport as a fallback. |
